General Purpose: Provide professional administrative support to Vice President while maintaining a professional representation of the company. Combine administrative, and interpersonal skills to summarize information in order to ensure effective and efficient communication for senior management and associates on a global level. Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned): Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, scheduling, and reminders, arranging conference calls, maintain appointment calendar and organize meetings.Prepare; vet, draft and respond to emails on behalf of VP.Answer phone calls in a polite and professional manner.Shadow VP and take meticulous notes.View, prepare and process confidential and time-sensitive materials.Maintain sensitive and confidential information.Analyze and interpret results of studies, and prepare reports detailing findings, recommendations, or conclusions.Interface directly with executives and associates in a variety of settings.Attend meetings, take notes for use by global executives.Make travel arrangements.Greet, welcome and assist visitors by providing directional information (area hotels and restaurants, historic sites, etc.).Research, manage and complete special projects, as assigned by senior management.May travel as needed.Run company errands, pick up supplies, meals for visitors on a regular basis by driving a company vehicle.
